This document standardizes all rules related to subscription package types, virtual coin consumption standards, subscription coin usage priority, expiration mechanism, plan status display and auto-renewal settings. All users who apply for and purchase Facer subscription services shall fully read and recognize all clauses of this terms. This agreement works with Facer privacy policy and user terms of use to jointly regulate all paid service behaviors of the application.
All portrait fusion generation and video generation tasks under any subscription plan are processed by local artificial intelligence functions and all creation data are only stored on the user's local device. Users can actively delete local creation files and cache data at any time. Facer does not collect, obtain or retain any form of user facial data and facial feature information in any subscription service scenario.
This subscription terms applies to all users who purchase and activate any official auto-renewable subscription package of Facer, including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, half-year subscription and annual subscription. The successful payment and activation of any subscription plan will be deemed as full acceptance of all clauses recorded in this terms. All subscription service behaviors shall comply with the basic rules of Facer user terms of use and privacy policy.
Facer cancels all unlimited generation privileges for subscribed users. All core creation functions powered by local artificial intelligence adopt a unified fixed consumption standard. Each single image fusion generation task and each single image-to-video generation task consume 50 coins per operation. Subscription services provide users with exclusive preferential coin packages, enabling users to obtain more creation quotas with lower comprehensive cost compared with separate one-time coin purchases. All coin deduction and local artificial intelligence creation processes run on user local devices, and Facer never collects any facial information in user creative materials and generated works.
This subscription terms is an independent supplementary clause of Facer basic user agreement. For local data storage rules, user behavior specifications and local artificial intelligence function usage constraints not involved in this document, the unified rules of privacy policy and user terms of use shall prevail. No matter whether users activate subscription services or not, Facer always implements localized data processing mode and zero collection standard for user facial data.
To meet the diversified usage frequency and creation demands of different users, Facer provides four complete auto-renewable subscription cycles for users to choose from. The official available plans include weekly subscription package, monthly subscription package, half-year subscription package and annual subscription package. Each subscription plan is equipped with fixed exclusive subscription coins, and the longer the subscription cycle, the higher the preferential degree of unit coin price, bringing more cost-effective creation experience for long-term users.
Each valid subscription plan will distribute a fixed amount of exclusive subscription coins to users in each billing cycle. These subscription coins are independent from ordinary one-time purchased coins and are special benefits only for subscribed users. The application sets a fixed universal deduction priority for all virtual coins. When users initiate any local artificial intelligence generation task, the system will automatically deduct exclusive subscription coins first. Only when all subscription coins attached to the current active plan are completely exhausted will the system start to consume the user's ordinary purchased coins. Users cannot manually adjust or change the preset deduction priority order.
All exclusive subscription coins attached to the subscription plan are only valid during the valid period of the current active subscription. The valid term of subscription coins is completely synchronized with the expiration time of the user's subscription plan. Once the subscription plan expires or the auto-renewal function is closed by users, all unused residual subscription coins will be automatically and permanently cleared. After users complete payment and successfully activate any subscription package through the official App Store in-app purchase channel, Facer will synchronize and display real-time subscription data on the dedicated subscription management screen inside the application. The displayed information includes the type of current active subscription plan, remaining valid time of the plan, official subscription expiration time and the remaining quantity of unused subscription coins.
All subscription status data and residual coin data displayed on the dedicated page are stored and updated locally on the user's device. The local artificial intelligence auxiliary statistics module completes real-time data refresh to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of displayed information. The local data statistics function only records subscription attribute data and virtual coin data, and Facer never collects any user facial data during data synchronization and display.
All subscription package payments and cyclic renewal fees are completed through the official in-app purchase channel of App Store. Facer does not directly collect any user payment funds and transaction information. All fund settlement and transaction verification are independently undertaken by the official application marketplace system.
All weekly, monthly, half-year and annual subscription plans enable auto-renewal function by default. The system will automatically deduct the corresponding subscription fee before the current plan expires to ensure continuous validity of subscription benefits. Users can manually turn off the auto-renewal function at any time through the local device account management settings, and closing auto-renewal will not affect the use of ongoing valid subscription benefits.
Subscription coins belong to virtual service quotas rather than physical commodities. After the subscription payment is successful and the exclusive subscription coins are issued to the user's local account, users cannot apply for partial refunds for unused coins and residual valid subscription time. All special refund applications shall be implemented in accordance with the unified rules of App Store official in-app purchase business.
All activated subscription plans and matched exclusive subscription coins are only used for personal non-commercial creation of the original activating user. Users are forbidden to transfer, resell, rent or gift subscription qualifications and residual coins to any third party. Any unauthorized transfer behavior will lead to the immediate invalidation of subscription service qualifications.
Subscribed users must abide by all user behavior clauses in Facer user terms of use when using local artificial intelligence generation functions. Users are prohibited from using subscription creation quotas to generate inappropriate or non-compliant portrait content. The official team reserves the right to suspend subscription service qualifications of users with irregular usage behaviors. All compliant creation behaviors are completed locally, and Facer always maintains zero collection of user facial data.
The Facer official operation team reserves the right to adjust the subscription coin quantity of each plan, optimize auto-renewal logic and revise partial clauses of this terms according to product iteration and operation optimization. Updated subscription terms will be released in the latest application version. Users' continued use of subscription functions after the update means voluntary acceptance of all revised clauses. Any clause adjustment will not change the localized creation mode and the permanent zero-collection policy of user facial data.
