Users can actively delete local creative files, clear cache data or uninstall the application to completely erase all relevant content. Therefore Facer does not collect, obtain or retain any form of user facial data and facial feature information under any usage condition.
Any behavior of downloading, opening, browsing and using the core functions of Facer will be regarded as voluntary recognition and full acceptance of all clauses recorded in this terms of use. This agreement works in coordination with the Facer privacy policy to form a complete service constraint standard, covering all local creation functions, virtual coin consumption behaviors and paid subscription service contents. All service operations are completed based on local device calculation, and Facer always adheres to the core rule of not collecting any user facial data.
Facer is a professional Flutter based iOS application focused on portrait mask fusion and intelligent image to video generation. The application adopts a zero account system, requiring no user registration, login and identity verification. Users can independently select local portrait images, match built-in official mask templates or self uploaded custom mask resources, adjust effect parameters, and complete one tap dual image fusion through local artificial intelligence modules. Users can also generate personalized portrait short videos with adjustable duration and aspect ratio through local artificial intelligence motion style rendering. All historical works, preset records and virtual coin balance data are stored locally on user devices. The whole creative workflow is completed locally, and Facer never collects any facial information contained in user materials and generated works.
The Facer privacy policy is an indispensable supplementary part of this terms of use. Matters related to local data storage standards, local artificial intelligence operation logic and device permission rules that are not specified in this agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the clauses of the privacy policy. All users shall use Facer and its local artificial intelligence creative functions only for personal non commercial creation activities. Users can also delete single works or clear all local historical creation records according to personal preferences. All deleted local data cannot be recovered. All creative content involving user facial features is completely controlled by users, and Facer has no right or ability to collect and obtain relevant facial data.
Facer adopts a consumable virtual coin mechanism for core local artificial intelligence creation functions. All image fusion tasks and image to video generation tasks need to consume corresponding virtual coins to complete rendering. User virtual coin balance and consumption records are permanently stored in the local device keychain to ensure data stability after application update and device restart. Local statistics and deduction of virtual coin data do not involve any facial information processing, and Facer does not collect any user facial data in the process.
Users can purchase multiple types of consumable virtual coin packs through the official App Store in app purchase channel. All purchased virtual coins are automatically synchronized to local device storage and can be directly used for local creation function consumption. All purchase and consumption records are only kept locally without external synchronization. The in app purchase process only completes virtual commodity transaction and local data recording, and no user facial data will be collected in the whole process.

The application name Facer, exclusive application icon and all customized functional marks are exclusive brand resources of the operation team. No individual may copy, imitate or use the above brand resources for commercial purposes without official authorization.
The Facer operation team reserves the right to carry out version iteration, local artificial intelligence algorithm optimization, template addition and functional detail adjustment according to user usage feedback and product development plans. All function updates will further optimize user creation experience, and will not change the core account free and localized operation mode. Product function iteration will never change the zero collection rule of user facial data, and all creation tasks are still completed locally on user devices.
The official team may conduct temporary maintenance and debugging of individual functional modules to solve adaptation problems and optimize operation fluency. Short term module maintenance will not damage or modify users' local creative works, virtual coin data and historical records. During all maintenance periods, Facer still does not collect any user facial information and local creative data.
The operation team has the right to revise and update the clauses of this terms of use to adapt to product function upgrades and service optimization demands. The revised agreement content will be displayed in the latest version of Facer. Users' continuous use of local artificial intelligence creation functions after the update represents full acceptance of the revised clauses.
